Consult
During our initial conversation, we’ll listen to your story to understand the reason you contacted us and your vision for the future. We’ll probably tell you a story or two, as well.

Commit
Our proposal and contract are short and sweet, outlining what you’re going to spend and for how long. You can either choose to sign a month-to-month agreement, or save money by signing an agreement with a 70% retention clause.

Analysis
We analyze your business to make sure your current network can support our system.

Telecom Inventory
We identify all your phone numbers, performing an entire analysis upfront for free. We’ll evaluate, present and discuss our findings with you, and then decide together on how to proceed.

Installation
We’ll send a technician out to set up and test all systems. We provide at least one day of training, as well as copies of reference sheets with instructions.

Follow-Up
If you wish to cancel your contract after 90 days, we’ll reinstall your original system and then go our separate ways. Otherwise, you can expect ongoing maintenance, support, and immediate response times. If there’s ever a problem, call us and we’ll do our best to fix it during the first call.
